Vaseline gauze is a fine mesh, absorbent gauze impregnated with Vaseline, designed to provide a moist envrionment for wound, facilitate healing process. Can be used as primary dressing on the wound, when cover a secondary dressing such as gauze swabs to absorb exudate, the vasaline gauze prevents the secondary dressing adhere to wound site.
Characteristic:
Veseline Gauze smooths and protects the wound, while helping to prevent an absorbent pad form sticking to the wound. It is ideal for a range of monor wounds including burns.
Applicable Range:
Veseline Gauze is designed for use on minor burns,cuts,grazes and burns.
Direction:
1.Wash hands before and after treating the would.
2.Gently clean and dry the wound and surrounding skin.
3.Remove dressing from pouch.
4.Remove and disposs of both packing papers from the dressing,taking care to handle the dressing by the edges only.
